Kitchen
We have stocked the kitchen with most appliances that might be needed for a week’s stay. In addition to the standard kitchen appliances that include a range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher we have added:
* Toaster
* Blender
* Can Opener
* Hot-air Popcorn popper
* Coffee Maker
* Mixer
* Wine Cooler
The kitchen also includes a complete 8 piece set of dishes, new set of non-stick pots and pans, silverware for 12, glassware, stemware, and more to make cooking a meal like being at home. We even cooked our family Thanksgiving dinner there last year. Since this is our vacation home, we have tried to make it as complete as possible. We know that you will find the kitchen very complete.
Dining Room
The Dining room has a table for six. There are also two bar stools and a counter that divide the kitchen from the Dining room. These can be used to extend the seating. While the table has an insert that will make it seat 8, we believe that this makes the dining room too cramped for the average number of occupants.
Grill
There is a gas grill on the covered porch just outside the living room area. Bar-B-Q tools are provided with the grill. We try to keep an extra tank of gas on hand just in case. A meat thermometer is included in the kitchen supplies to help get your steaks exactly right.
